Theodoros is head of the Human Resources, Payroll and Migration Advisory Department at Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd since 2018.

He holds a BSC. Business Administration degree from the University of Patras and obtained the professional title of Approved Accountant (ACCA) at Ernst Young Cyprus Ltd from where he left as a Manager to join the company Ellinas Finance PLC.

He has many years of experience in the provision of consulting services in payroll, labour and migration matters, specializing in the provision of specialized transformative/salary advisory services.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) as well as the representative of the Global Payroll Association in Cyprus.

Theodoros is a founding member of the CPMA.
