Theodoros Mantis is the Founder and President of the Cyprus Payroll Management Association (CPMA) and a leading expert in payroll management in Cyprus. He currently serves as Head of Payroll at BrainRocket LTD.

With over 15 years of professional experience in payroll management, Theodoros has developed extensive expertise in payroll leadership, labour compliance, immigration advisory, personal income tax, and the provision of specialized transformative payroll advisory services tailored to complex business environments. Prior to his current role, he served as Manager at a Big Four firm.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves as an Assessor at the Labour Disputes Court, is a member of the HRM Mirror Committee of the Cyprus Organization for Standardization, and acts as the official representative of the Global Payroll Association in Cyprus.

Through his leadership at CPMA, Theodoros actively promotes the advancement of the payroll profession, supporting the development of best practices, professional education, and high standards in payroll leadership across Cyprus.
